Mala Morris
I started my professional life building winning value propositions, launching new brands for big fast moving consumer organisations as well as small yet successful businesses in a high growth market. This led me to develop a deep interest in consumer behaviour, tracking and exploring new insights to identify gaps in the market.
I applied this knowledge in the B2B tech industry and with the consumerisation of this sector, this skill has become even more relevant today.
My natural ability to work with people, mentor and guide teams meant I was able to quickly build winning teams. Data-led insights and an implementation plan that focused on getting the best out of people helped to drive growth fast.
